JL Error on CX when no awards found

Try searching HKG-SFO on 9/1/19 or DEL-SFO on JL (CX) for any date where there are no awards (Y/W/J/F). JL returns an error page when there are no awards. This causes the extension to stop searching as it doesn’t recognize the text on the error page (extension says: JL – unknown page – if this is your first search with JL, try again) which is as follows:



Warning Please confirm the following.

  • There are no seats available on flights matching the conditions you specified. Please change the search conditions and try again. (9100)
  • The flights you selected may be fully booked, please change the date or other conditions and search again. If the same error is displayed repeatedly, please contact the JAL Reservation Center.
