A number of you have reported trouble searching with BA. This issue should now be fixed. If you still run into issues, try clearing the cache/cookies using the link shown below and running the search again.

There was an issue where searches would sometimes hang. I think I’ve fixed the problem but if it still happens, please let me know.

Thanks AwardFinder! The updated version seems to work for AC. It no longer hangs but I did find some strange results.
Did a search for YUL-ZRH on 8/16/16 + 30 days and the filtered the results for nonstop only. What came back was some duplicate entries. For example:

Upon further digging on Aeroplan.com, it looks like the second 8/29/16 should have been 8/30/16, the first 8/31/16 should have been 8/30/16 and the second 9/2/16 was a phantom result.
Not sure why it parsed this way but there seems be an error somewhere. Thanks

For some reason the results are duplicated and when I look deeper, it looks like the second date in the duplicate is for the following day.
Any chance you can look into this please?

I’m having issues with BA search. It seems like the search is defaulting to thinking I want to have a stopover (even thought I do not) so the search is then breaking since there is no date entered for the stopover. See screenshot here: https://i.imgur.com/z5VgV1N.png
Searching NRT-JFK manually on the BA site shows the same behavior so there’s nothing that can be done. I’ve seen this happen with BA before though and it usually clears up after a day or two.

Any news about BA searching being broken? I’ve been having errors after initializing for the past few days, whereas my web credentials are still fine directly.

So it looks like the first search succeeds and when it navigates to the search page again, it errors out. This seems to be happening when I run a search manually through a browser. I tried Chrome/FF/IE so I’m not sure what I can do here. One workaround is to only run one search at a time and click on the “Clear cache/cookies” button when it errors out.
How about adding a line that always clears the BA cache/cookies after each search automatically? This way it would be possible to search for several days again.
And man, I must say, you’re tool is still one of my favorite tools, besides ita.
The problem with that is that is basically logging out and back in for every search. That’s a surefire way to get a captcha real quick.

I am having issues with BA search as well. This is the error message that keeps coming up. “Sorry, there seems to be a technical problem. Please try again in a few minutes, and please contact us if it still doesn’t work. We apologise for the inconvenience.”. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, turning debug on, clearing cache/cookies and I still get the same error.
It seems to work fine when I run a manual search on the BA website through a browser. Do you have any other solutions? Thanks.
Sorry, I don’t have any other solutions. If I run a search manually and click on the “Start again” button at the bottom of the page, it errors out. Going through the main members page->spending avios->book a reward flight also errors out on me so I don’t really know what to do about that.
